Going out in public with or without a face diaper during government-imposed politically motivated lockdown can be a dangerous act. It feels like everyone out there is on prescription anti-anxiety and anti-depression medication, and the drugs are no longer effective. Everyone, whether compliant or not, is on high alert, on their last nerve, waiting to be offended, or bracing for the inevitable moment when someone explodes in — often murderous — rage and blowback at total strangers.
